OS Activity Reflection
I really enjoyed this activity. It is important for me to step out of my comfort zone. Right now, my comfort zone is PC, Windows, Explorer, and some Firefox. In order for me to gain a better understanding of much of this stuff, I need to continue to step out of my comfort zone. And yes, "waiting for my computer to blow up" while running Ubuntu was very uncomfortable.

Hey Ben I agree!! I would never have put the time into looking into another operating system because of how much I like OS X. I found that it is good idea to know about Linux systems whether I use them or not. This may be a great option to help a student out who can't afford an new computer with a Windows operating system.
I really enjoyed this activity too! It is hard to move from your comfort zone. After I used Ubuntu for day, I see why people choose not to use a MS Window product. My husband's Uncle has not used a MS operationg system for the past nine years and now I know why.
